Description
A two day training
program to teach participants to become familiar with the handling, application
and storage of agricultural and forestry chemicals.
Successful completion of the program
will permit participants to apply for an Agricultural Chemical Users Permit
(ACUP).
This will permit the use of and the ability to supervise the use of a broad
prescribed range of chemicals

emergency response.

Personal protective equipment: use, maintenance, storage
and correct wearing/fit

Chemical classifications

Environmental effects of chemicals – drift management

IPM principles

Calibration and adjustment

Weather and its impacts on chemical application
Assessment: Will be
by demonstration of skills and answering related questions.
