Description
The course looks at basic surveying, measuring and data sampling to monitor growth rates, survival rates, prepare plots, soil samples etc. in a forestry environment. This course is derived from National Industry Competency Standards for the Forest Growing and Management Sector of the Forest Industries Training Package. Successful completion of these National Units of Competency may be credited towards a Certificate IV or Diploma Qualification.
