Description
Circular Saw Maintenance
is designed to give sawyers the skills to carry out basic saw maintenance
including tensioning and sharpening.
Trainees will undertake
selected training modules from the Saw Doctor apprenticeship in order to
complete the program.
Completed modules will
count towards Certificate III and IV in
Course Content

Calculations.

Maintenance – 1.

Maintenance – 2.

Replace Saws, Blades
and Knives.

Troubleshoot
Circular Saws.

Troubleshoot Mill
Line Cutting Problems.
Assessment:
Will be by demonstration of skills and answering related questions.
