Products".

1. Timber Imperfections and Characteristics

gum veins, shakes, gum pockets, checks, rot,
. heart
material, want, wane, sapwood, splits, cupping, spring,
bow and twist.
. Machining faults and
drying defects.

. Terminology
and relevant standards.

characteristics
. Assessment against
permissible limitations
. Measuring and Grading
Assessment:
Will be by demonstration of skills and answering related questions.
