Summary of Government Fees and Charges for Traineeships/Apprenticeships- 2010

Background

Below is a summary of the fees and charges that will apply according to the policy of each state training department in 2010.

Note that those states charging Enrolment fees also offer exemptions or minimum enrolment fees to those on low incomes, etc.  The exception to this is South Australia where there are no concessions.

  • Minimum $57
  • Maximum $903
  • Traineeships have $100 per annum charge for course materials.

 

Queensland
Apprentices 2010
  • $1.45/sch delivered in each calendar year.

 

New South Wales
Apprentices and Trainees 2010
  • Flat Rate fee per calendar year
  • $414.00
  • Traineeships will have a course materials fee of $100 per annum added to the fees.

Tasmania
  • $1.37/Sch delivered in each calendar year.
  • Minimum $57
  • Maximum $903
  • Traineeships have $100 charge for course materials.

 

South Australia
  • $2.00/sch
  • No Concession rates.
  • Traineeships have $100 per annum charge for course materials.
